The front desk Personnel is very nice know me by name have been very helpfull. Dr. Biswa has been very compasinate and has explained and answer all my questions. The personnel that does chemo is nice and gentle with me also carries conversation and answer my questions. Overall experience has been great I don't have to drive down the hill to get quality care. Suggest always be your own advocate and research before my referrals have been fast and effective.

Wow I see that patients are still disappointed Dr. N. Biswas. I literally got no paperwork ever, no speeches about my care or side effects for example. She was emotionless, hard, to the point but never explained anything. I did say a joke once and she did laugh but that never happened again. Oh and the chemo nurse (by the way was EXCELLENT) retired before my last treatment for breast cancer and the dr couldn't even put in the IV line for my chemo, she missed my vein several times and the chemo leaked into my skin, really. The new wet behind the ears nurse had to do it and she didn't do any better. I saw her back in 2006.

Worst doctor’s office. The nurse practitioner doesn’t explain much. I asked to see if she checked my lungs and I didn’t know she checked my lungs through my stomach. When I asked her if she already checked my lungs she said yes and was upset that I even asked. Find a better doctor than here please.

We met with Dr Biswas for my step moms breast cancer last month. The doctor is caring and took a good deal of time with us. However, the phone is always busy! There is no way to get in touch with the office unless you physically visit. We had a phone consult scheduled for today and are still waiting for the call. 90 minutes late so far. Can't get in touch with the office. Very frustrating for those who are sick and need to have surgery done ASAP. Sadly there are not many other choices thanks to insurance limitations. Thanks a lot ACA.
