I experienced discrimination from the assigned deputy commissioner and his staff. I reported the misconduct to State supervisor, I got the deputy kicked out, and I won my employment case against largest corporation in California.

Not the best people that work here. They make you feel like you're bothering them.

I have a very big doubt I need you to get me out of this doubt. (My question is in the state of California you can be fired from a job without giving a reason why.)

Yes. You may quit without a reason and you may be fired without a reason. Unless you have a contract. Otherwise its at will employment

What is the required time period an employer must give an employee if employee works a night shift for example and has to work the next day, for instance employee works untill 10:00 PM and has to work next day at 7:00 AM

There is no required time period unless its against regulations. Regulations would be DOT or any other state regulations. For example DOT if you have a commercial license.

When someone gets fired how long does the employer have to give the fired employee their last paycheck?
