Lost my unit with everything I owned , I spent 3 days trying to contact them with a credit card to pay my bill on the 4th day it was sold. I phoned every 5-10 minutes from 7am till 830am (they open at 8) at 830 they finally answered informed me that my unit had been sold.😢😱😭 the only reason I'm giving them two stars was because they did allow the person that bought the unit to return my photos and photo albums to me
