Staff here are very rude. They say things to try to make you go somewhere else. Very bad customer service. Even some of the doctors are rude.

Spent 10 hours at Kaiser Fontana ER yesterday and never got seen. Finally gave up and went to urgent care. The least professional RN I’ve ever met thought it was a funny joke, and said “don’t worry we’re not in a hurry folks you have about a six hour wait.” I’ll be switching to a different insurance provider as Kaiser is complete trash.

I went to the urgent care this afternoon to have a Covid test . And it was very surprising that they said no testing until Monday. Aren’t they supposed to have the Covid testing??? And why the medical assistants are so unprofessional. I hope that I don’t ever have to go back there.

I had a really pleasant experience. They were very organized and fast but not rushed. They were very gentle with my daughter. If I did have a complaint it would be that I was a tad bit confused on where to wait, but that was probably because their care was so fast and efficient I almost couldn’t keep up. Dr. Kourtney ( if I’m spelling it correctly) was awesome and gentle. Her examination was spot on and answered any questions I came prepared with almost before I asked. It was a great experience and God forbid I end up there again for one reason or another, I hope the service was like it was today. I also noticed a very diverse staff would made me feel a lot more comfortable in my care.
