I'm very happy I moved here after I visited my family nearby I've been here since October and I've only had one issue on my property, but maintenance came over right away and we're very friendly and polite and worked on correcting the issue. Since being here I've met a lot of very nice neighbors, everyone's friendly.. Park is very clean and quiet, I feel safe here with the exception of commercial vehicles driving over the posted speed limit.

I was thinking of buying here, but after reading all the bad reviews, I'll pass. Thank you reviewers for looking out for future occupants thinking of moving here.

Google 4125 park street north lot 4a
I dont live there, I was looking. There is a pet section and when I was looking there were several available in different price ranges. It looked like a nice quiet area.
Yes.55+one person the other can be younger.
Water and sewage average is 12-15 month
No dog restrictions or proof of vaccinations so be careful where you walk your dog could pick up anything , some scruffy looking dogs and people , don't find the park friendly anymore , we have Pitbulls , Doberman’s and many large breeds that deficate anywhere they please , 25% don’t pickup, doesn’t matter what the dog is no restrictions, well none that they enforce.
Hi , She would be , michelle newport , with affordable liveing mobile home sales. Her cell # is 865-414-4272 Im sure she will take your info and have hubby get back to you .
No. But finacing is available on anything over $1500.
Real problem with the phone being answered. I had numerous issues with communication from the new owners.
Since the sale of the park to Lakeshore Mgmt. the no-pet and 55+ stipulations are gone. Also since the resident shares have been paid out not a few of the residents have put for sale signs out so there may be bargains to be found. The amenities are slim as you might expect from a resident-owned park and no hurry to spiff them up but the pool is adequate.
Hi , I live there , 4 yrs now , new owners now , but age rules are " you or one of a couple must be 55+ " There are some exceptions for @ 45 yr old , ask at office. But No One Under 45 sorry . Regardless anyone who lives in a mobile here , must pay for a credit and criminal back ground check , before you purchase a home ! There are no rental homes here . Hope this helps !!
