I'm very happy I moved here after I visited my family nearby I've been here since October and I've only had one issue on my property, but maintenance came over right away and we're very friendly and polite and worked on correcting the issue. Since being here I've met a lot of very nice neighbors, everyone's friendly.. Park is very clean and quiet, I feel safe here with the exception of commercial vehicles driving over the posted speed limit.

I was thinking of buying here, but after reading all the bad reviews, I'll pass. Thank you reviewers for looking out for future occupants thinking of moving here.

I am seeing a lot of mixed reviews on the park. Was interested in moving there. Saw a great place there. Is the management really that bad?

Hi you can come in the office or call and ask to speak to Amy.

I would love to move there. Such a nice park. I'm 55 but still have my two sons with me as they attend college and work PT. They are 20 and 21. And do you finance? I'm eager to look into this further. Anthony

No dog restrictions or proof of vaccinations so be careful where you walk your dog could pick up anything , some scruffy looking dogs and people , don't find the park friendly anymore , we have Pitbulls , Doberman’s and many large breeds that deficate anywhere they please , 25% don’t pickup, doesn’t matter what the dog is no restrictions, well none that they enforce.

Since the sale of the park to Lakeshore Mgmt. the no-pet and 55+ stipulations are gone. Also since the resident shares have been paid out not a few of the residents have put for sale signs out so there may be bargains to be found. The amenities are slim as you might expect from a resident-owned park and no hurry to spiff them up but the pool is adequate.
