Since the sale of the park to Lakeshore Mgmt. the no-pet and 55+ stipulations are gone. Also since the resident shares have been paid out not a few of the residents have put for sale signs out so there may be bargains to be found. The amenities are slim as you might expect from a resident-owned park and no hurry to spiff them up but the pool is adequate.
It is supposed to be a heated pool but management in there great wisdom without any notification stopped heating the pool , been there 7 yrs and park has changed and not for the good , no give and take , it's there way or leave , and residents now are not friendly
