Smokers paradise. Second hand snoke blowing on your lanai, on your porch, in the pool. No escaping the second hNd smoke. Not a “tetirement community”. People work. No social life. Very quiet. No drama. Pretty park. Fantastic location.

yes, you are allowed one pet which cannot exceed 25 lbs . Pets are to be kept indoors or on a leash when outside. They must be registered at the office, and we must have proof of vaccinations or inoculations

They are reasonable on lot rent..but the owner's are lousy..
