Surprisingly safe and quiet place to live, considering it been in walking distance to the histle and bustle of the city- stores, banks, restaurants , Wava and even a movie theater. Affordable, too - less than 500 per month lot fee.

Shady place run by Shady people. Run down trailers. Completely congested.
Iam looking for a one bedroom or cottage to rent is there anything available? I like the location, I work full time right around the corner. Thank you in advance for any info that you could advise me.

There's no work out room or pool. There is a shuffle board court in the front of the park and outdoor "laundry room" dogs are allowed if you have paperwork for a service animal. Emotional otherwise. If the animal is above ten pounds you most have liability liability insurance on the animal. Cats are allowed. Lot rent is no more than 500 I believe and it includes water sewage and trash. The meeting/banquet room is almost never used and I don't know the process to use it. As Rachel mentioned they are currently not renting out homes you buy the home and pay lot rent
