Big turn around here friendly helpful management and staff on site maintenance new owners are really turning this place around close to practically everything beach’s are beautiful treasure island Tampa are right up the road along with bush gardens definitely a nice spot

Park is ok but location is everything close to vinoy beach and park, the Pier, the sundial (a really nice movie theater) downtown St Pete. overall it's nice, check it out.

Not usually. For the most part its a buy the home, and pay the lot rent, type of a deal. Its not unheard of, though, but you should speak with Patty, our property manager.

No. This is all ages. There's a few mobile homes up for grabs. If you don't mind doing some of the work yourself these can be nice homes. You could get them pretty cheap and fix them up to your liking. To Alex , since my review the park went to hell in a hand basket
Depending on size and breed. They dont have a priblem with most dogs. I dont belueve they allow pit bulls or those with aggress3 reputations. They are.strict anout picking up after its #2 shall I say.

Yes on pets. There is about 4 for sale you must visit the office # is on line they are open until 4 or 5 p.m.
No rentals. But possibly trailers for sale. Check with manager m-f 8-4pm in clubhouse. It was 55 ehen i moved in but unannounced it became a family park. But these singlewide trailers weren't made for families. Some families own several trailers. The same with car each lot is made for one car but many have more than one car and park whereever they want. Even in others yards without their permission. Lot rents go up every year. They say their going to make improvements but never do. Its a low income trailer park. With lease rules of no convicted felons but they let felons move in anyway. Dogs must be on leaches.
You have to qualify with mhc manager to live in mhc before buying. As you can't buy and rent to someone else.
I have had to pay someone to weed wack my lot two times in the last six months.
You would have to check with the park directly. But from knowing some of the residents, they rent as opposed to owning and paying a lot fee monthly. Average rents are around $500-$600 or so a month, plus utilities.
