Do I need to go in or call that I am not working right now but I like to reduce my payments and how would I get it fixed on my credit score on Credit Karma because it's saying I owe bigger balance after they did a levy my account and I'm not working

Go in and explain to them about your situation see if you can set a court date to modify your case

call the child support and tell them you need to request remodification, because u aint working at this time. and child support will send paper work to you to fill out. and they will lower ur payments or you might not have to pay any kind of child support..your gunna need to provide proof of income .. It's better to go in nd report it ! Youll have to go to court to get any payments reduced. Aboutt your credit score don't know never had that done
