Pharmacy is overcrowded when you have to wait in line for prescription medications, run out of certain prescription medications fast.

3 refills in a row now I've been given a 60 day supply on a 90 day supply refill window. I have to call repeatedly before I can even get through, they then say "oh, yeah, that's not right" and say they are going to get it fixed. I then have to wait a week before they figure out that they do infact need to refill the prescription. This last time I've been trying to get through for 4 days. Finally got through, was put on hold for 20 minutes, and then when I explained the issue I was told "you should have called us on Wednesday", which was the day I called 3 times on and couldn't even get through to a person. I also emailed the doctor explaining the issue, again, after they said they would get it fixed last time, and I never got a response from them either. If I didn't have to use Kaiser, I wouldn't. They advertise all of their great refill by phone and the app, but if you can't do basic math and get the prescription right then I can't use either of those.

I love this pharmacy. They have always gone above and beyond for me. I'm a care provider and when it comes to refilling my recipients medications, it's crucial.
