Instead of having to hassle with going in, call them. You have their phone number you font even need to have your case number or anyother number but your social security number. Thats it. Just keep pressing 0 right after you enter the social and youll be transfered almost immediatley then they will beither look in to your case themself or transfer you to someone who can help
