I have never been so dissatisfied with how I was treated or what I saw when coming here last. I have been here many times, my first experience was great in 2019 but since then the ethics have definitely declined with Nurse Martha. I’ve see the cute dog many many times but I didn’t expect to run into his feces when checking out. I ALMOST STEPPED IN IT!!!! The older woman at the desk that helped me check out seemed to be very new to the establishment and not friendly at all. It almost looked like she was angry doing her job. After spending so much money on dysport, threads, and facials I don’t feel like I should be treated rudely or have to worry if I’ve stepped in dog urine. Get it together Martha this is a business.

Spent over 3000$ here for no results. At least not the results worth that much. Then they have lipo injections and I ask about my arms (they are not big just tad bit need help stretched) they recommended surgery but have pictures of bigger arms before and after picture. I am just done with this place. Taking my money somewhere else. And the front desk always has a problem.
