Whoever thinks this Clinic is good. Clearly has NEVER dealt with or has experience a REAL professional health care. It's Ridiculous. The wait, just to make an appointment!!! ( 15 min wait on phone) Can't believe you guys exist! Sale stores have better phone service than y'all.

⚠️ WARNING!!! Dr. MAYRA TOVA CASTRO is completely inept, inexperienced, incompetent and she is the queen of poor choices. In California it doesn't surprise me that she is so inadequate. However , what does surprise me is that she still has a license to practice medicine. Save your life. Don't come here or to any of their other low rent, bottom of the barrel clinics. They are deadly or at the very least negligent. Save your time and save your life.. This place will try your patience and riun your day at the very least...at their worst...they could kill you. I am TOTALLY Serious.This is far from an exaggeratio.Dont come here unless you are interested in assisted "suicide" by doctor.

I usually never write reviews but this experience was so terrible and I never want people to have these sorts of experiences so I hope this can help bring some change. If I could give no stars I would. We waited for an hour and a half to get help applying for Covered California. The worker said she was leaving for lunch as soon as it was finally our turn and when my mother began asking her simple questions(before she was going to head out for lunch) she was rude, unhelpful, and not attentive at all. She either answered rudely or listened passively while toying with her watch. This isn't the first time my mother has waited only to not be helped with the application process. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your staff to be more polite and respectful of other people's time and situations. Healthcare is such a sensitive and important thing and providing better service should be a priority. Thank you.

Look at how many refills you have on your pill bottle, then call the pharmacy but also continue to call the clinic because sometimes it's only one person working, I know how you feel cause I went through the same thing but if you download the MyChart app you can get through that way better it gives you all the information you need
