Ortho department is wonderful, especially Dr. Suszter. Always treated nice, and the lab and pharmacy are the best. Parking can be a little tough, but free valet parking solves that problem. Can't say enough good things.

Only after being in pain for months , speaking with two doctors on the phone and seeing three doctors in person and a CT scan , nobody could diagnose my problem. While getting my Shingles Vax. I was handed a vaccine information statement from the CDC & HHS that exactly described my symptoms. This can lead to blindness and death. I suggest Web MD. before seeing Kaiser.

Usually not judged for doing your everyday duties well, but when things go wrong, how do you handle it; 0-3 so far. Some pharmacist don't want to give their name, don't want to listen to your dire concerns with medication.
