Complete waist of time and energy. The person who is the id guy shows up 10 minutes late and is unable to process a simple request..just terrible service to many non veterans Hispanics who don't have the respect or work ethics to at least show up on time. I as a veteran. Will never go back to that place. What a Complete waste

I really enjoy the expedited treatment, including almost immediate referrals for specialists. Such a breath of fresh air from where I lived before. I only wish they would provide direct phone numbers. No reason I should have to call Los Angeles to see if my Rx is ready.

To be totally honest no one ever asks, is that phone? Best way to try to get an extension is to go there personally. . That guy that sits there. Basically just sits there.
