I went in for a physical today and the nurse assistant was very rude, she weighed me with my purse and other items in my hand, also she placed the BP cuff so extremely tight my heart rate was so rapid it left me with a very bad headache, she was awful rude and hateful. Wow.

Bad service they are firing nurses staff and anyone who has a religious exempt or medical reason not to get the vaccine does Kaiser really care about there staff I don’t think so they need to open there eyes and see the pain and hurt and poor service they are doing to the American people if you don’t believe in freedom it’s wrong stop listening to dr fauci he is a wrong believe in your employee and staff Stand for your staff I will never return to Kaiser until they can show me a customer that they care for there employee

Kaiser SUCKS! I chose Kiser, because of its “Premium” HCP. I should have chose another HCP. I went today, because I have anxiety and needed an EKG and the receptionist rudely told me, I needed an order from my Primary Health Doctor. I told her that I’m new to Kiser and that I did schedule an appointment, but it isn’t until late December. She simply said, call them and tell them to move it sooner… I’ve had other Health Care Providers and they were quick and swift. Will definitely switch to another health provider.
