The first thing that catches your eye when looking for a new home, is how well the grounds are kept. Cortex made a grievous error when choosing Leland Management. In just a short time, this once well kept community now looks barren. The expert gardening is courtesy of Juniper. You will be able to distinguish the three that show how the bushes and plants should look. All of the life preservers have seen better days. There's no umbrellas at the pool and the ⛲ s haven't been on in months. I also included pics of the mulch landslides after a nice rain.

Been here 10 years and even though there have been some builder issues and a couple of not so pleasant neighbors I have to give this place 5 stars.. Location can't be beat.. It's full of wonderful people and it's just been a really good place to live.

It's nice here . I do recommend having cameras . 3 months after we moved our Christmas lights projector and decorations were stolen from the front of our house. Buying experience was ok. I hate the term that was repeated to us over and over when something was not done correctly. "Nothing is perfect and imperfections happen"... well guess What? I am paying you to build me a home like the model you showed me ,not for one similar to it. So yeah... Here I am with not perfect walls. Have to see those imperfections everyday and be happy because "things happen". I asked for that one request to have my walls look even and I was told "nothing can be perfect" anyway. I do still love our house .
