Extremely clean and professional facility. Owner is honest and runs a tight ship. I was traveling from out of state and he took me in with no appointment to repair inner wheel bearings on my van. I’ve been all over the country and dealt with several mechanics. I do mechanic work myself also. I highly recommend Hancock to anybody in need. Call them first! Best in the Sarasota/Bradenton area hands down. I called five other shops before I found him and none of them were interested or available. He took care of me when I was in need. Thank you!

My car just stopped breaking whilst driving 😳, luckily Hancock Tire & Auto was right there. They immediately had a mechanic come out and check out my vehicle, brought it in, diagnosed the issue and got my baby back on the road within a day. Office staff were nice enough, however not super friendly when you walk in but definitely worth the visit as they did what they needed to do to get my car issues fixed and that's the most important part. All in all my mechanic Josh was super nice, helpful and friendly. I'll be back if another issue arises.

I will not bring my business back here. Dropped my car off and handed them my key, didn’t get a call for 5 days. Called in and they didn’t even know my car was in the lot. Overcharged me for a part then when I asked about it the tech’s domineer completely changed. I would recommend going elsewhere.
