This place was great. Jen rolled out the red carpet and had her profession, customer service hat on point until she realized she wasn’t going to make the sale. As soon as we stood up to walk out they all became rude and completely unbothered. We continued to ask for the keys to our vehicle and they told us “it’s over there on the desk.” My brother had to go inside someone’s office to find the keys because they just walked off mumbling. The right and professional thing to do would be to thank us for coming in and if we changed our minds come back but instead they criticized how ridiculous our decision was. Then the finance guy insisted on trying to convince us as we tried to leave that there is no way we could find better. Well jokes on then we definitely found better and couldn’t be happier with our decision!! Word of advice make sure you check the numbers before you sign and if you are associated with a credit union, go with that first!!
