We love our apartment. It’s so nice, quite, and clean! The staff are so friendly and attentive. They help with anything and everything. Love all the amenities! Not to mention, the events the staff get together for everyone. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone

The staff is amazing here at the Oasis. Their work is efficient and diligent. They are always able to assist. The grounds crew is by far the best. Work orders put in are addressed in a timely manner and the gentlemen work always with a smile on their face and willing to help. They also work really hard to keep this beautiful complex clean! Thank you for everything you guys do.

UPDATE 2.21.22 our family absolutely LOVES living here. We have been in these apartments for about 7 months & we have no complaints. The staff is extremely kind & everyone is treated with the upmost respect. 10/10 experience! Our family cannot wait to move into these apartments. Chloe has gone above and beyond to meet our needs and is so very helpful. The complex is beautiful & I get to cancel my gym membership because the gym at Oasis has more than I could ever ask for. So excited to make this our home!

This is a beautiful and well kept property with great amenities and a very welcoming community of tenants. The front office staff was really great and helpful, Chloe gave me a wonderful tour of the property and was very knowledgeable. I was especially impressed by how friendly she was with all of the passing by tenants, knowing each of them (and their dogs) by first name. Still unsure if I will be moving to the Tampa area yet, but if I decide to Oasis at 301 will be at the top of my list for a potential new home!
