One star because I just moved in my home I called them and teco informed them of my move date being changed and pushed back teco sent the correct bill amount the water department didn't I was charged a high bill even though I didn't move in yet and I even sent them a copy of my lease which showed the date I moved in all they can say is we can't do anything basically they should have put that amount on the previous billed name...
