this office is very unprofessional, never sending authorizations/referrals, not even sending an authorization for an appointment made 3 months in advance so that when the day of the appt comes they reschedule 3 times, and lie about their mistakes. Dr rashidi ignored the MRI report and it was only after pointing out that i had a 1 cm growth in my face was he only aware of it. He will just try to tell you to read his book and change your mindfulness. I had 2 head/neck injuries but he thinks my issue is my attitude. never taken seriously. if you want to be stressed out and never get any better, go here. I spent about 6 months with this office and it only put me further back in my recovery. I wish i never went here

This place is awful!!! They literally make you wait for 2-3 hours to be seen even when they know you've driven from California city!! You literally only see the doctors for 5 minutes and then that's it! What am I paying for???

Doctos office is the worst, there are a lot of unprofessional nurses and the receptionists are very rude. They dont give any confirmations prior to any appointments or information. When I call to speak with someone it takes about 30 minutes to get through to someone. Waiting time is always about 1-2 hours. Having back issues for 6 months with no conclusions. Just go elsewher . Big waste of my time and will be waste of your time.
