Daisy in the OBGYN department is not considerate or compassionate towards working single moms trying to get personal care. My experience with her was atrocious to say the least. However, I find it ridiculous that I can never get an appointment in this building for care. I work out of town and cannot miss work for appointments, so when I get a day off in advance I always try to make an appointment and always have a rude MA go off and say its a 3/4 month wait, and doesn't even offer to check schedules for cancellations or put me on a cancelation list. After working in the medical field personally, I am disgusted by the lack of care at this Kaiser facility.

Cruel without remorse Wendy J. Knight Nurse Practitioner was unprofessional and uncaring. She was disrespectful, rude, and ignored my concerns. I did not and would never again feel safe having her as a care provider since she did not have any concern for me. How could I trust someone like that with my care? She brushed off my concerns of a recurring problem. She had a negative attitude before I even spoke. She interrupted me when speaking and continued to disregard my concerns which were already hard to talk about. I went in seeking care, but by the time I had left, I had no proper care given and no hope that someone would help me.
