They don't seem like they're able to grasp the concept of a forwarding address lol. Zero Stars if I could.

The two women at the front were friendly and somewhat helpful. It was about 30 minutes until closing time; I was there to send off everything required to renew my passport. I asked a totally different person (who was sent up to the front by another employee to assist due to the increasing number of people coming into the post office) and she was absolutely useless. I asked her if I had everything in the correct order and if it looked like anything was missing. She replied, "I can't help you do anything or else I have to charge you a $85 assistance/processing - (or something like that) - fee". SERIOUSLY??? You do this for people every day and you can't take a peek to make sure that I have everything right?? Whatever. I'm actually used to postal workers being rude or unhelpful. The one and ONLY postal workers that have ever gone above and beyond is Cindy (retired mail carrier) and Mark Garcia with the fun and patriotic socks. That's who these women should take a lesson from when it comes to customer service.

Don't know was there checking on a package I sent back a month ago and when you track it says its at the post office
You can go online to the USPS website and do the form that way if your already out of town.. or theres a form at the post office you can fill out.
Because they pull up and instead of knocking they just leave a slip saying you were not home when your sitting right there

No it's a big yellow envelop and it was right
Call to your local post office and explain to supervisor that you have been approved to have mail delivered to house instead of cluster box.they will instruct your mail carrier to deliver to house. But you usually have to have a medical condition for that to take place. With a note from doctor.
If it's under 5lbs priority. If more than that standard rate
Yes the U.S Postal service does
