I will NEVER be buying furniture from rent a center ever again! I bought a whole bedroom set from there only for the mattress to be INFESTED with fleas! Called rent a center and they brought me a new mattress in 15 minutes. With a mattress protector on the mattress. Now I don't even want any of the stuff I bought. I have had to put so much money into my house trying to get the fleas gone after the first purchase.

You know I had a problem at the very beginning with how my bed set was put together. But since then they have done what they could to make things right. Plus kelly and staff are helpful and work with you on payments.

People be careful this Rent-A-Center on Pawnee and Broadway they are scam artists people are saying that Kelly and Brianna are nice they're only nice when it comes to them put money into their pockets that is supposed to go on the merchandise I also had to run in with them myself I wanted to give back the oven and pay for my other two items they said no why don't you send back the other two items plus I have receipts that I keep thank God that specifies I paid over a thousand and $10 in merchandise that I returned that should have went on the table and the 70-in TV which they never did that like I wanted they are very unprofessional I am very dissatisfied as a renter Rent-a-Center customer I mean I'm even thinking about taking civil matters now because I talked to the police and they say it's a civil matter so that's where I'm going not only that but that but with the three items come out to 1thousand and 4houndred i went over the itmes i retrund and payad in to those item s was 1thousand and 5hundred 21 so i wood say the 75 " is paid off in full with all the items i tund in and i just got some ligel avice that rent acenter had no right trying to pick up anything on the 1st when thay have to wait 15 days for the accts to become passt due thyes pepole try to bully pepole at this store but no judge in thare right mind not going to say the tv is not paid off
