Unlike the "Karen" above, I've never had a problem here. These guys perform a necessary service and I'm glad they're here to keep as much electronic waste out of the landfill as possible.

The most unprofessional innapporpiate person scheduled my appointment. Could not provide exact pick up time. Definitely not a family friendly business. They won't get a cent from me let alone a referral. I should have checked their Google ratings before I called. A disappointment of an llc.

It's a bit hard to find the entrance as it is in the alley, but they will take basically anything that can be plugged in or powered on for free. The only thing they charge for is certain monitors, but they take much larger e-waste than Best Buy or other recyclers I've seen.
