Go to your local child support facility and they will point you to where you need to go and they will help you adjust all your papers and payment plans etc.
They take out a percentage every time you get paid to meet your obligation but not more than 25% of your pay. If you get paid twice a month then each pay check they will take out half of what the obligation is or what they can depending on the amount you make.
You can totally do something. Contact the office and give them the info
Go in and explain to them about your situation see if you can set a court date to modify your case
Instead of having to hassle with going in, call them. You have their phone number you font even need to have your case number or anyother number but your social security number. Thats it. Just keep pressing 0 right after you enter the social and youll be transfered almost immediatley then they will beither look in to your case themself or transfer you to someone who can help
Yes just ask in the office
You do not have to go into the office to close your case. You can call the Customer Care Center and they will assist you. No need to go in.
. yes they take it any money even from your bank accounts be careful with that
DNA tests given by KCDCSS are free. You need to open a case and one can be provided at no cost to you.
You need to go to the child support office and ask to find out more information.
There are many, not if there is only one.
You have to call and cancel.
Call and ask for a case worker.
Ask to speak with an agent
You need to contact your case working. Come into the office.
if possible open it in the future
Good luck. The only way they lower it is if you completely lose your job. Just go to courts file the modification paperwork and ask judge if he will lower it. They really don't care about your situation. They just want that money coming through.
You have to start making some kind of payment Talk to your case worker about it if you can't afford it request a C.O.A.P. application to see if you are eligible to have your payment reduced. But there's no way they will lift the hold with out a payment or two. Talk to case worker by phone or walk in Things tend to get done faster if you go in person that way if there's any modifications needed or paperwork the worker will have that and even assist you if needed.
U have to go and talk to them that u want to do that
Do you have an order stating that you're owed 💰 by the account holder which would then authorize you to obtain a writ to levy the account?
Orders for child support are determined by a dissomaster based on income and time share. These orders are in addition to orders for medical which include health, vision, and routine dental. Therefore, it doesn't include cosmetic, ie braces.
Depends on the situation. If a parent is completely dependent upon another (stay at home parent) then a judge will evaluate if their income can be claimed.
No, absolutely not!! I've had 4 bank levies and not once have they returned a single penny. If you have anything over a certain dollar amount on your bank accounts and they send an inquiry to your bank, they will levie your account for the amount over the parameters set to you and the bank will charge you a fee for the levie. I took child support to court over it and won a settlement, I also asked to be reimbursed interest since they too will charge interest on any amount you're behind. It took them 2 month after my daughter emancipated to get my settlement. I then wrote them an email and asked for the interest and within a week a received a check for it.
Take your papers down and talk to a worker there all he has to say is that she gives want she needs when she needs it and they will drop the case.
No not in less you take it back to court
Proof and court. Take pictures daily of your child to prove you have custody
Lmfao whaat???
you got to go back to child support nd tell them ur paying child support nd the other parent is not allowing u to see ur child..
Its way faster if you get ditect deposit...it should be in ur card by monday or tuesday. u can call child support and ask them..
Yes
Go to the website and creat an account. Put in your information it will ask for an id# and pin. Once you have that all in you should be able to see most of the account information.
I don't know for sure but maybe you should call your worker or case manager and let them know that it's not working. But honestly I could not get it to work when my children was little either.
You can't really determine the amount of hand. It all depends on both parents income. You can always call for more info or walk in. You don't need an appointment.
NopE don't n0body have no time for that its exactly the opposite
If the kids live with you and they have child support services over there then yes i dont see why not
Thank You for your help,God Bless you all
Ask them in the office they will help you

Every individual case is different. You should call your local office and speak with a rep in their office.
When a mother recieved Medi-Cal, does the father get charged Child Support if he is not on the case?... Is that what you meant to say in your question Mari Perez? If possible, can you please explain what you want to know a little more, because I'm not too sure I understand the question. Thanks, I'd be happy to answer your question. Thanks
Generally speaking yes. Most orders for child support have provisions for both parents to provide health insurance for their children. Or one parent is ordered to provide coverage and both are ordered to split uncovered health expenses.
