I know AWL is a low cost clinic, but do they require payment at the time of services? Or can you do some sort of payment plan? I've been trying to reach someone to talk to in the clinic for HOURS and all it does is ring. I live almost 2 hours away.

Payment is due upon service but you will get a discount if you are low income with proof such as Link Card Medicaid card

Hi, every time I took my pets there I always had to pay up front so I'm not sure if they have a payment plan system. It can be a hassle trying to reach them. The reciptionist told me that when that happens they are more than likely very busy and under-staffed on those days.
