Yes they have both serviced to the public and I believe they open @ 7:30am Monday thru Friday and also Saturday but Sunday guess is close. They also have adoptions for dogs and cats. They r very nice , responsible and dedicate personal which deals with tons people and animals @ same time. Please if you decide to go there , have patient and go very early in the morning,if possible way before they open @ 7.30am , so you get in line to sign up and wait to be called which usually is what it works. We been going there for many yrs and always is the same way. Hope it may help you and good lucky.
