I have been waiting for 35 minutes to talk to someone and all they do is hold and continue to tell me to hold. I just had some questions. This is rediculous.

Trust us , they r way very busy, but either have patient or try to stop by and see their real reality ,trying to take care and accommodate all pets and people. But they r really nice staff and hope you take this advice and go there.
