Employees aren't very friendly or helpful. Came in for shoes and they don't have anywhere to sit and try them on. I was told I have to wait in line to find shoes in my size?? They also do t have any options for plus sized people. Maybe hire some more employees to help, 2 people isn't enough. Mom dad and me is a better store with nicer people

Tried on a few dresses, the girl in the fitting rooms was very nice, however at the end I was placing back the dresses to where I found them because they were already closing and another girl came up to me to tell me they were closing and rudely took one of the dresses from my hand to walk me to the exit. Pretty much kicked me out already so they can close mind you I was already leaving just was putting the clothes back.

I went to try to change a pair of pants but I didn't have the receipt since I lost it even though it had a label and everything that belonged to that store, I know I didn't buy it there but in other stores they could do it, I feel like I can't change there is a problem but the manager (that's what she said it was) told me that I couldn't do it but I told her I was only going to change it not to return but she told me you can't, but in a rude tone if she had told me the way more attentive but the rudeness of their answer or way of saying things was not good for me that they were beginning their day, as a manager we have to be attentive and cordial even if we are bad we do not take our bad mood out on them.

Probably received the worst customer service EVER. I had a few questions to the girl in the fitting room and she would just ignore me. I let it go because to be honest sometimes you just don’t feel like talking. I put my clothes down bc I was trying to find a shirt my size and it was right next to me, the lady came and took it without even telling me “you can’t do that” she told me that AFTER I told her those are mine and she said yeah you’re not allowed to do that. Had she told me before i would’ve been apologetic and picked it up. I honestly had no idea you couldn’t do that. I only put it down on the shelf for about 2 mins or less. Just needed to find a specific shirt my size. It was not busy at all for them to be annoyed. I work in customer service I KNOW how customers can be. I was shopping for my trip in a few days and this is where I basically get my whole wardrobe. I ended up just leaving after I told her it was fine, I didn’t need her to take it up front because her approach was rude. There are ways to communicate to people and hers was not it. I understand certain rules each store has to prevent shoplifting, Ive worked in retail, but she didn’t even say a word before going and snatching my clothes that most I had already tried on and some I needed to try on. Mind you I was right next to the registers and there was about 4-5 other people in the store . Maybe some being workers .
