As a handicapped person I have a routine because I find it difficult to get around. I don’t drive and have an electric scooter to be mobile. While typically use this laundry to wash my clothes. I usually stop here on my way home to get change to do my laundry later in the day at this very spot. Because it is typically clean and has a nice crowd of people. But today the change machine didn’t work and when I asked for assistance the attendant asked me where my laundry was. I didn’t have it because that is not my routine. While I understand that the policy is that the change machine is for customers only - I AM A CUSTOMER! Her attitude was unacceptable. I had a stroke and fortunately my handicap is not as visible as others but nevertheless I am handicapped! I would have appreciated more understanding. Due to my handicap I have limitations. Poor customer service. This is the last time I go here. Period

My clothes got cleaned with hot water even though I select cold. All their machines will use hot water. There is no cold wash available here. Ruined my clothes. 3.50 to wash. 1.00 to dry is above average in pricing. Masks are not even recommended as every patron is not wearing a mask. Place is small so social distancing doesnt exist. Theres also not time so who knows when your clothes will be done washing.

Place was super clean, machines and folding areas were well organized for maximum space aprovechamiento,, (lol couldn’t come up with English version of that word)

Clean, small. The person managing the place seems to really keep he place moving. Helps people who are not doing a good job with their laundry. Helps them with their laundry to the car if he sees people struggling. Only down side is no single load washers, what I needed. But overall place is good.
