Very clean and washer and dryers are new and work so well. Last wash is at 930p which really helps a working mom.

This place is good for washing but not for drying. Dryers are constantly not working and they don’t always have an “out of order” sign on them which results in lost quarters. If you report that they aren’t working they make you fill out a form and you will never hear from them. I let the worker lady know that the dryer I put money into was not working and she said it was my fault because I didn’t push the button to make it have heat… even though the dam thing is already preset to medium heat. Go figure. Bathroom is disgusting. They reuse the restroom trash bag by emptying the contents in another trash and putting the bag right back into the restroom. The worker did it right in front of me

I wish you could put like negative stars for this review honestly I came into this place at like 947 I was in here already putting the coins and this dude comes to start touching my washer saying like you got to put it at this time because this time. He was so aggressive. I was like wow, like you close at 11 it’s 9:47 it takes 18 minutes to wash and about 12 minutes to dry maybe 10 it was so unprofessional and rude and he was yelling and telling everyone they needed to be out of the 11 in a rude aggressive tone.

Horrible service if you have an issue. My clothes have been washing for over an hour and the emergency # listed on the wall gets you no where. I called and they said they can't do anything because they are in another location. They won't give you the name or phone number for the manager of this location! The washer is locked so o can't get my clothes. I am going to have to look for another location if this place does NOT care about their customers!!!!! So FRUSTRATED, what's the purpose of posting an emergency phone number if the person on the other end can't HELP you!!!!!!
