I have over the years liked the service at Apple Ford but these few times I have NOT been happy with our signed service advisor. He has NO customer service skills, his customer service needs to be improved or maybe he should not be doing at all. He never called even I asked to give me updates or explain what was wrong with our car. I had to ask him to sent the estimate by email because his explanation made no sense. When a cost is over $3,000 one would hope you would receive detailed explanation what is the work that needs to be done.

Would you like to discuss this with someone who can actually help you? Call the service manager listed on your last page of your invoice. After reading your previous reviews you have had some troubles with other shops.i understand how hard it can be to find someone you can trust. Im Surprised you have a power steering concern seeing you just got that fixed 7months ago at central in laurel. Hopefully the service manager can help explain things for you

Key fobs take regular flat batteries that can be purchased at CVS. I haven't had such an experience with Apple.
We are closing up early that day. I recommend getting in by 10am to get you car back before we close at 3pm

They are the worst service department I have EVER dealt with! Pay attention to your bill as you might get a charge that was not authorized by you!
