Unfortunately, my client has not had a great experience here. His former psychiatrist Dr. Ally did not seem to care about his needs. He was also taking a medication that should have been discontinued years ago. She knew this but didn't discontinue until recently but he still is experiencing the side effects from it. To make matters worse she retires and doesn't let any of her patients know. Before she retired she was suppose to give me a referral to an autism specialist for her client but after waiting two weeks with no response and then finding out she retired we never got the information.

I change my opinion on them, one doctor in particular was terrible. I have had an acceptable time with them otherwise.

I think Katie, my therapist, is great. I think the billing department is absolutely ridiculous. I left so many voicemail messages to pay a $10 bill and it took calling four times in a row to find someone able to help me. Since online billing apparently doesn't work here, the phone call was my only option.

please do not ever try and get help from these people. the therapist and psychiatrist i had are horrible. they wont sign my home and hospital papers for me to stay home because THEY think i should go back to school knowing i am not ready at all, my medication hasnt fully set it, and that school triggers alot of my issues. they do not care about the well being of their patients at all. the psychiatrist i had who isnt even a real psychiatrist was going to make me wait four more weeks to take an diagnosis assessment because me and my mom were FIVE minutes late. my therapist wouldnt even acknowledge that i have symptoms for the disorder and always told me she doesnt think i have it when i gave proof and told stories. these people are absolutely horrible and should go to hell.
