Over priced. I'm paying around $1450.00 living nextdoor to someone on housing. They come and go in your apartment without letting you know. Last year someone pisted on my Christmas tree and the gifts under the tree.

Too much for the area. I recommend looking elsewhere. Lived here for a year.
