Great Community! I came to get information regarding leasing an apartment and was immediately informed of the availability. Office staff is courteous and very knowledgeable. I have looked in the area and this is the best family friendly community for my family.

Everything about this place is disturbing. I’ve been here about 2 1/2 years. They were already getting bad but super trash since Capstone bought them out around October November. They were quick to send notice of rental increases on these old model units. Not one courtesy carpet cleaning, touch up paint job or anything. Units are being trapped out with addicts and dealers. No parking because visitors have all the spaces so when you come from working all day you’re SOL. Cars doubled parked everywhere all night. It’s like a 3rd world country over here and they don’t care at All. Save yourself the trouble.

I've been trying to reach someone anyone for now a month I have submitted ab application and still no reply called and no one ever answers or responses back to my multiple emails I was really into these apartments but honestly doesn't seem worth if clearly they don't want new tenants.

In their website it shows they have quiet a few apartments available , we fill out the application and called the office, the lady said they only have one bed room available coming in mid of January we had to fill out application again by hand and left the deposit, we called a week later she had said our application was denied because my husband makes to much money there's only one income coming to our family from my husband so I don't even know if that's a real thing, they need better management...I was so disappointed even after I had read the reviews I was hoping it would of been different but nopeeee they might been even keeping the applications fee who knows...
