On July 22, 2022, I reported to the Office that my air conditioning was not getting cold. That was at 11:45 am. I went back to the office approximately 4:25 pm because nobody came to service my unit. Manager says that they were on lunch break . No one takes a lunch break that late. So the maintenance man brought a room cooler and placed it in the window and that didn't cool off my apartment because I cook and it was even hotter. Thinking by the time I get off work the next day my air conditioning will be working. 104 temperature and still no air. My daughter has asthma and I told the Lady that came to my apartment and that if my daughter has a asthma attack I would sue the apartment Complex, well she said oh it's not that hot outside and left. So I guess she trying to call my bluff. Guess what Lady who ever you are my daughter had a asthma attack and we are at the Hospital. You and the Owner will be hearing from my Attorney. You're at home in your cool house while we could have been in our apartment relaxing under the air, instead of sitting here in the Hospital. I wouldn't recommend these Apartments to nobody.. All they care about is collecting the rent and lucking around trying to find something to fine you for..

I lived in these apartments for the past 3 years & had a wonderful experience, but in this past month (April 2014) got a new manager & now we have NO security, the gates are almost always unlocked, trashed & filthy, a whole lot of activity at night, gangs, people hanging out smoking, drinking, playing loud music. I call the office & constantly leave messages & nothing is being done. I'm moving ASAP & I would not recommend these apartments to anybody!

Our apartment was broken into yet they didn’t do anything about it its not a safe place to sleep we are scared they will come back so we are prepared just in case THE CAMERAS NEED TO GET FIXED ASAP
