My boyfriend and I moved in a few months ago and have really enjoyed living here so far. The leasing staff, especially Carolina, were so helpful and welcoming when we originally toured the place and helped us find the perfect unit within the complex for us to call home. Further, the leasing staff remain ready to help as things come up and maintenance is quick to answer our service requests. The amenities are also great! Highly recommend 75 West if you're looking for a safe and affordable place to call home!!

75 west has been such a great place so far! Me and my roommate are really enjoying it ,and the floor plan we have is just perfect! Meets all or needs plus some! I want to also say that Carolina Hernandez from the leasing office was such a great help throughout the process! Extremely polite and on top of everything! She really made everything so easy for us ,and she is all around a great person/worker! Thank you so much!

They only care about the townhomes & outside. The apartments are horrible outside, if I only knew I would have rented somewhere else. There is trash everywhere around the halls. I often pick up trash from the ground because I am ashamed of receiving guests. I even found poopy and it’s been there for awhile. It’s disgusting

After hunting for a new home in the Dallas area, all the homes started to be a blur and feel the same. Till I swung by 75 West and had the privilege to work with Matthew. His energy was amazing, and made my wants and needs felt heard. He was so engaging and positive and genuinely interested in me as a person. I look forward to working with Matthew again and getting more information on the 1 bedroom units he shared with me. I recommend everyone who plans their trip to 75 West ask for Matthew as he is 100% the best!
