I have a renter insurance and they still sit here and try to charge you money and saying you don’t have it . On top of that if you pay rent in cash you have to pay them an extra $4 and if you do it online it’s $30. They say it’s A convenience fee when in reality it’s only convenient to them They never fix anything when you ask them too.and they like to change which car towing company their with and not tell you until 3 days later and everyone’s cars getting towed. Almost everyone have roaches and they don’t do anything about. Before I moved in they said it took so long because I was getting everything new the house was filthy and everything was used .. they didn’t even clean they just slapped paint on top of the dirt in the corners.

Paid 150$, supposed to be moving in in a couple days! They claim they are waiting on my rental history, which I know is good, shouldn’t take a week, and who ever in the front office is very rude and not helpful! It may be a good thing if some how I don’t get the app and wasted my 150! It’s probably hell living here with a 12 or 13 month lease with the way the front office is ran!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE. The STAFF just runs you around for weeks after they take your money for the application showed me like 10 apartments and then somehow in the 15 to 20 minutes while we were looking it suddenly became unavailable.. after 3 weeks of showing us places and saying they submitted paperwork on these apartments now we dont financially quallify when we make 3.5 times the rent

First time visiting these apartments and the assistant manager, her name is alejandra, was very helpful. she explained all the amenities, the different models, and the process for leasing. very knowledgeable and understanding. the flats are spacious, and easily accessible. i will return for an application soon!
