Do not lease here! I repeat do not lease here! The apartment and amenities are all a trick to get you to sign a lease because you think it’s all inclusive and upgrade but the reality is it’s an upgraded hood/ghetto. The property is over run with kids and teenagers without adult supervision so you can’t enjoy any of the amenities you are paying for. I’ve complained, reported and made suggestions to management and they have no control or solutions. They simply ask us to keep reporting it. Not too mention, My first week here my bike was stolen!!! Needless to say I am counting down my days remaining in my lease and will potentially break my lease because it’s a rip off! Update 6/6/20222 The photos below are from Memorial Day Weekend were the "Gated Community" was taken over by non residents inside the playground area and the swimming pool that was "out of service" for repairs. The photos of the gym/fitness center was taken on May15, 2022. The courtesy officer came out and made them leave the pool but he did nothing to make them leave the playground and grilling area. They stayed until 11pm that night partying and drinking. In the last 3 months of living here, I have only been able to use the spin/yoga room that they so proudly discuss during the tour and phone recording, once because it's always locked. They can not unlock it because they are too afraid the teenagers are going to tear up the equipment. Therefore residents can not enjoy amenities that they are charging us for monthly. When asked for an update. Monica (management) stated that they are waiting for corporate to give them approval to reopen it. Did I mention its been 3 months? Yesterday, I witnesses teenagers rolling up marijuana poolside. I called the leasing office and they supposedly sent a courtesy officer but I never saw him. I will continue to update this review as time progress. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They’ll give you one price then switch on moving day just like a bait and switch. Move in if you really want roaches and bugs galore. If you love the smell of black mold and being sick this place is for you! They will not honor anything they say, even if you have it in writing. Run far away from this place

Worst apartments ever!! I wish I could leave a 0 stars. If you have to choose between being homeless or moving into this complex CHOSE HOMELESSNESS. I was so traumatized by my experience here that I will NEVER live in an apartment again. We had black mold growing in our windows, they did nothing about it they wouldn't even come out to look at it although I had put in several request, they never once came to change the air filters in the 12 months we lived there and you could tell they had probably never been changed prior to us moving in. My whole family was sick for a year living in these apartments and we were in an "updated" unit as soon as we moved out we no longer had breathing issues or allergies. RUN as fast as you can from these apartments!

I like all the amenities that come with the apartment. However I stay by the fitness/gym and everyday teenagers who don't even live here are harassing people, breaking stuff and the staff does nothing. We pay for the amenities but because they don't know how to supervise, the residents have to suffer too. I'm moving once my lease is up. I have five kids and they wouldn't dare treat people like that. Rent to high to be going through this.
