Customer service was really good it's all the extra insurance, toll charges that I was on aware which boost price over the car charges itself.
Not to worry!!! I saw some unfavorable reviews before I booked a car with ACE Miami airport too. I had the most professional car rental employee EVER!!! He even allowed me to purchase an upgrade on my reservation and was very kind to my kids. I did do a very thorough walk around the vehicle recording on my iPad, notating all scratches, dents, etc before leaving ACE. Hope all goes well for you.
