Had a fantastic experience with Enterprise at all levels. Setting up the rental in advance was easy and picking up and dropping off was even easier. Adonis was my pickup rep and he was terrific! When I dropped the car off, I accidentally left some content in the back seat and Enterprise was quick to retrieve it for me an hour later and very courteous. They definitely earned my business moving forward. Highly recommended!!

Rented a Mustang convertible and loved it! Enterprise is my go-to car rental company.

This was the place that helped me get a car that I could drop it of in West Palm Beach. The customer service lady was very helpful & did everything she could to make my vacation memorable.

Precious at the counter was wonderful! I had no wait. I rented a minivan for five days to take down to the keys. It was clean and drove like a dream! Unfortunately, I did not catch the woman’s name in the garage or the gentleman‘s name that checked me back in at return. They were both very polite and professional. It was a great experience and I will be recommending them and renting there again!

Depends on the type/size of car.
You should probably ask your Enterprise Agent that question. 9 times out of 10, you would probably have to get another car.
Enterprise has a free shuttle to the port.
Yes you can but they hold the amount for the car plus 20% so it can tie up your money for awhile.
I do not think they will accept that. Your best option is to contact them directly for additional information.
Very good perfect
There are different luxury categories but the basic one starts with the 2018 Cadillac XTS and XT5. If you want something more special you can ask for the Exotic Cars by Enterprise.
Calling is very helpful.
Not a direct shuttle you take a train to the terminals and then moving sidewalks through the airport
Yes but there is always an extra fee. Download the app or use the website to see for sure.
Just bring it back full of fuel or pay extra for them to fill it.
Yes you can but there is a fee for being under 25..
They have golf carts that can get u to the skyline train
1$ was charged to my card at pick up
Which airport
You can rent vehicles one way. You go to the Enterprise site to quote your days.
Super well. Great customer service and best price in town. Never use a company you haven't heard about because FOX demands a $1000 cash deposit for example and no unlimited miles
It is, and the service is Great!
Yes use the Mover to the Car Rental Area, there are all Agency you want
Pay for the damage. I've always said if I don't buy the insurance, then I'll need it and if I buy it I won't need it. Lesson learned don't cheap out and buy the insurance
It's better to rent at the airport. Also you do not need an uber to go to car rental. A air train will take you there. You just have to follow the purple signs that says mia to car rental.
You just look for international miami airport, and ask there, where is the train for all the rent a cars; I recommend you to buy a SIM CARD with unlimited internet, you are gonna need it all your trip, USA is very big and roads can make you get lost. If you cant find a SIM CARD international back in your country, there is a place you can buy it on the international miami airport. Good luck
It is more convenient to save online as it is easier and cheaper
I'm sorry but I dont work there or live there I rented a car for the same reason as you but do pay for there Express pass because u will go through tolls in Miami and not no it But I'm sure they will be able to help you because everyone there was great just dont get anything with a drop top Because it will rain on you or the heat is to much
Yes
Hi Leti, you should be able to...only catch is you have to have a reservation for one of their cars to get the free shuttle. You got to show the driver proof to get on the free shuttle. That's what happened when I docked at Porto of Maimi after my cruise a week ago. The agent told me that will not pick you up, but show proof you made a reservation with them to the driver and use the shuttle for free. Enterprise bought out Alamo/National Rental. It's a blue shuttle bus with their brand on it.
Yes, but we just walked.
I do not believe it
Yes you can, call customer support very nice people.
Not at the cruise port. Take an Uber or Lyft.
Adding it as part of a package deal (like Expedia, etc) will typically save you $$$.
Be careful they kept taking money out of my debit card weeks after I rented a vehicle
I need rent a car in two different periods: first, december 29th, taking the car at the airport, to 31th, leaving the car, at the Cruise ship pier. Second time, from january 7th, at the ship pier, to january 10th, to leave the car at the airport. Is it possible?
No
They bill you on your credit card weeks later in addition to a service charge.
I had a very very bad experience with the Manager and had to get the Area Mangers involved including Corporate if it comes to it
Yes, is on site.
Yes
Try asking for Camaro convertible. I would think is similar in motor size, and seats available interior spacing
Not sure about Orlando, but Miami it is 5 or 6
If you call them ahead make a pickup they will be there
Depending on what your getting they have exotic cars their and that is not cheap. The cheap end is about 25 a day.
Enterprise is basically attached to the airport just follow the directions to ground transportation
All local offices are closes by 6.Only airport locations are open post 6
Make a reservation and they will take care of everything with you.
Yes they do and it was really quick. That is if you're renting a car to go someplace else they have a pick up at the airport and a drop off at the dock. If you just want a shuttle a different problem
But those insurance charges are optional ...
You could avoid tolls by traveling on I-95 traveling north and south I-395 directly to South Beach and Ocean and Deco drive. Routes on US 1 straight to the Keys no tolls enjoy Miami.
Thank you for your response and the reminder about AA..appreciate it!
Take a series of moving walkways to a tram. Follow the signs.
Typically, yes! However the counter person may ask you for an international license. An international license is required, but, very, very seldom is requested. If enterprise gives you hard time, just walk to the next company. At the airport you have about 20 rental companies within footsteps. Have fun in Miami!
In my opinion, you should drop at 1601 Collins Ave, Miami Beach Enterprise location. Which is very close to Loews hotel.
Yes, they have Sun Pass available for a daily fee plus tolls.
You could use the yellow taxi to take you over to Collins it's a short ride from the mainland and a nice scenery
Any credit card would work
They have various categories from compact, intermediate , full-size etc. I would recommend the compact but I believe if you are dropping off at a different location it is a little more.
