A great client experience from beginning to end. We had pre book our reservation months in advance for our trip and when we arrived, it was pretty seamless. We checked in at the counter and we were sent downstair to choose our rental, there was quite of a few options for us and we were out within minutes with no complications. We opted to drop off at the Orlando airport which National had the drop and go option which sped up the process as well. We will be using National as one of our rental choices in the future

The gas stations in close proximity are ridiculously expensive and the fill up is cheaper but if you travel a few miles north or south the prices are way cheaper. I'm a local and i am so shocked that they can get away with gouging the tourist.

There is no national location at the cruise terminal that I'm aware of you could always drop off at the airport and check and see if there is a shuttle to the cruise port there should be there is in every other Cruise Port City airport

Yes, you can also reserve on line.
It is on the airport property in a complex with all of the other rental car companies. You'll take pretty decent walk to a train and that takes you to the rental complex. About 10-15 minutes total from baggage claim.
I don't believe there is a shuttle from the Miami airport location. However, if you drop off at the smaller branches which are definitely near the port they'll gladly give you a lift using their rental fleet which services pick up customers. You could also Uber for about $7 easily depending on your travel time.
There should be a 1 800 number that works 24X7. Also a police report should come handy.
