DON’T DARE TO RENT FROM THIS RENTAL. There is a lot of hidden charges and will ask you to pay insurance liability even if you have your own. The lady at the desk was not understanding and very racist towards us. The customer service is so bad. They have to make us wait 1 hour and a half at the airport before the shuttle came to pick us up. They said we didn’t call them to pick us up. JUST DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CAR RENTAL

I've been renting cars for work and personal travel for about 20 years. This is the absolute WORST car rental company I've ever dealt with and that's saying something. The number of extra fees and required extra insurance added about $35 per day to our reservation. It was absurd. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
