DO NOT RENT WITH THAT LANDLORD, ARE GOLFERS DO NOT RENT A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY, THIS IS A SCAM They make a great price but any dirt in the car charges huge fees, they charged me $ 200 for those marks in the rear view mirror (attached pictures), they said they were scratches, you can clearly see that they are small marks that come with any wax or a basic polish. It was $ 185 for 10 days of rental and charged me $ 200 for those marks in the rearview mirror, unbelievable. They do not have to pay for it, they charged me 200 dollars for these marks on the side-mirror (images attached), they told me they were scratches and will need a full paint job, if you see the pictures you can tell that they are just marks and can be removed with cleaning and maybe some basic polish with wax. They were 185 dollars for 10 days and they charged 200 dollars for those small marks, unbelievable!

Stay away from them and rental company “car for long” it’s the same company Thieves ! That’s the only thing that I can say about this company stay away from them ! I had a flat tire and the guy tried to make me pay for 2 tires . And he didn’t give me back my deposit because there was a hit in the car that was in the car earlier . In other words save your money and don’t deal with those scammers .

A total scam! Do not use them! They made sure the initial transaction didn't go through until after 9 pm so they could charge me a major surcharge. Plus other hidden fees and penalties you couldn't figure out unless you were a lawyer. Looked inexpensive but cost me much more than regular rentals.

Actual rental wasn't too bad. However, when we received $400 short refund on our security deposit, queried via customer service email. It took 5 emails until they actually replied. Just be careful re the tolls - the wording is unclear. It says $25 fee "each time zigzag received my toll charge." So our understanding was that it is $25 per day or per rental. Not for each and every toll (that would be ridiculous it seemed). Toll fees came to $40. Penalty (admin) came to $375 We wrote back to explain that it was not clear from the wording, but customer service to date (2 months later) has not bothered replying. We thought we were saving money by not going to the mainstream rentals, but this rental of 10 days actually landed up costing us more. BE CAREFUL WHEN SIGNING THE TOLLS WAIVER!

Hello. Apart from some details, this toll collection in this absurd value, and the fact that it is not at the airport (ie you do not have a competitor on the side, to choose from); makes it impossible to do business with this company.
We have just been charged $ 45 twice and he is trying to hack us again our card .. c for that he absolutely want a credit card and not Debit .. it is only to them that we have given this card ... we have just made opposition and see to file a complaint to recover our $ 600 bail

Unfortunately, we do guarantee only the class (Full size sedan). In this particular case we guarantee it will be one of the following: Toyota Camry, Nissan Altima, Kia Optima, VW Passat
