I've been a member since towards the start of the company and have been completely satisfied! I love the convenience of being able to go to ANY location in any state! The staff and Doctors are always friendly with great attitudes!

I am really happy with going to Joint Chiropractic locations. The Receptionist and Dr's. are friendly and very helpful. My favorite is Dr. Jack. He is very nice, professional, and very good at his job. He seems very knowledgeable at what he does. I have had upper back pain, wrist pain, neck pain, and lower back pain. I have seen great improvement thanks to him. I highly recommend him, but all the Dr's I have seen there have been nice as well.

First time ever getting adjusted. Definitely made the right choice coming here!! Dr. Jack made me feel very comfortable and explained everything as he did it. The girls at reception, Ava and Arica (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) were also very helpful!

This was my first time going with a Chiropractor. Dr Bergstrom, was great and professional, I felt progressive improvement in my mild but chronic back and neck pain. I liked how he explained everything he was going to do, because I was a bit nervous the first time. I'm sure that the other Drs are wonderful too. The front desk staff are friendly and great, they explained every detail of the plans and pricing, and answered all of my questions.

The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
All of our doctors at The Joint Chiropractic are licensed Doctors of Chiropractic with the years of experience needed in order to best serve you, and perform recommended adjustments.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
