Not a serious company , you agree to take out the toll Pass with them ( much more expensive than other companies ) and they charge you for tolls that you will never know a breakdown of that charge . They are asked twice and they don't even answer. The delivery of the vehicle, questionable, in a polygon without offices, without delivery receipt…. Very few professionals once you deliver the car.

I rented a car for 6 days with insurance included, but when I picked up the car I was told that I would have to sign up for an electronic toll system, which costs 15 dollars a day. The rental was good. Drop off was good. Easy in and out. Only issue i had is I feel they need 1 or 2 more drivers. Maybe a bigger vehicle for transportation to and from Airport.

Club Car Rental was fast, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you are visiting Orlando. The employees went above and beyond. They did so many little things that added to the experience. For example, the directions provided for the shuttle were clear and easy to follow as well as had pictures; they put my luggage on/off the shuttle as well as into the rental car; they checked the windshield wipers because it was raining and replaced them to be safe and put in directions to St. Augustine so I could avoid tolls. :)I would give a 10 if I could. Thank you Club for making this part of my trip easy!
