Scammers that need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. We booked on CheapOAir for $81 with a baby seat option that would've made us pay an extra $20 at the place. Nope, the total was $282, a crazy security deposit of $500, and $25 for EVERY SunPass toll gate we go through. Yeah, you heard that right, they already charge you $60 for a mandatory SunPass on the car, and then on top of that, they charge $25 per toll gate. This means if you went through the toll 4 times, you will get charged another $100, but it's Florida, you're going to go through the toll so many times throughout your trip. They were also trying to charge us an Airport Surcharge... WE CAME HERE WITH UBER! We didn't take their shuttle here. I asked the lady behind the counter why we were charged this, she said everyone that comes to Florida via airplane will be charged this.. What?! I asked her to further clarify as that doesn't make sense, she responded with anger in her broken English. I started looking at the reviews of this place and found so many red flags, everyone is complaining and some people aren't even getting their security deposit without making a dispute with their bank. I called CheapOAir and told them what happened, they told me these extra charges doesn't make sense and refunded me. We got out of there quickly and went back to the Airport car rental area. Every single car rentals in this small area are on this together, they all charge fees that weren't listed on the online booking. Stick to known car rental brands or the airport car rental center. This whole thing made us lose 2 hours of our trip and money to get here and get back to the airport.

I join. They are scammers. I do not understand how Despegar keeps offering them ... Not only did they charge me twice as much as the rest, but the night we arrived in Miami, it was 8:00 PM when they closed at 22:00 and, in theory, they followed my flight to wait for me, The only employee who had to be withdrew was more iceberg. Nobody knew them. Tired of the trip, luggage and children, they left us lying around. After more than an hour of trying to find these traders WITHOUT SUCCESS, we had to rent in any other car rental until the next day they deigned to attend ... they simply excused themselves and told me ... they will love the car now or not?... DO NOT CHOOSE RE-PUBLISH THE SCAM !!!
When I drew with them, they also did not comply with what was agreed. It is worth paying a little more and taking the big ones like Sixt.
It happened to me too, they included several fees and one of these rates would be for tolls, but we did not go through any, but they said they would reimburse, but it did not happen.
TF are gangsters. But we can only warn by this means ... If someone wants to prove for themselves, there they have it and they are free. Hire the services of these scam artists. Who says to them, maybe they will do worse than those who already fell ...
